We study, design, and assist in the implementation of new financing mechanisms, such as social impact bonds, development bonds, green bonds, catastrophe bonds, among others. We work with private investors and service providers to secure the necessary resources to pay for services.
We study, design, and assist in the implementation of new financial mechanisms, such as Pay for Success (PFS), an approach to contracting that ties payment for service delivery to the achievement of measurable outcomes. PFS contracts track the effectiveness of programs over time to ensure that funding is directed toward programs that succeed in measurably improving the lives of people most in need.
Other financial instruments such as development bonds, green bonds, catastrophe bonds have also emerged in recent years and provide viable mechanisms to fund social and environmental projects. We work with private investors, companies and service providers to secure the successful implementation of these mechanisms.
